52AUDIO Summary
In terms of appearance, Redmi Buds 6 Active true wireless earbuds continues the design style of the previous generation Redmi Buds 5. It has the square charging case with rounded corners that is very small, thin and lightweight, making it easy to carry. The handle-shaped semi-in-ear headphones are designed with ergonomics. They weigh only 4.0g and are comfortable, lightweight, and fit firmly. The back of the earphone stem is trapezoidal in design, and with a shiny trim, it has more brand recognition.
In terms of internal main configuration, the earbuds are equipped with a 14.2mm large moving coil unit, have a built-in steel-shell button battery, and use two MEMS microphones from RAYKING for voice call pickup. It also uses the MPHM series power inductors from Sunlord, which have excellent performance in anti-interference/anti-coupling and preventing magnetic leakage, as well as excellent electrical performance such as large rated current, high reliability, and DCR. These can well meet the headset's requirements for power inductors.
The inside of the charging case includes the battery, the main board and the small Hall sensor board for connecting immediately after opening the lid. The battery capacity is 475mAh, and the main board is equipped with the SinhMicro SS88F8H power management chip to charge the built-in battery. The WINSEMI WSDY3302B lithium battery protection IC is responsible for the protection of overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short circuit and so on.
