SS95

Overview

SS95 is a synchronous switching charge management chip with an integrated charge current sensing unit, providing a maximum charge current of 1.2A and charging efficiency up to 95%.

  • Support automatic adjustment of the charge current according to the temperature
  • Support automatic recharge, charge timeout and other functions
• Support input over-voltage, under-voltage, short-circuit, and over-current protection
• Support  system over-temperature protection
