SSA101

Overview

SSA101 is a highly integrated wireless charge receiver management chip with a built-in high-voltage rectifier bridge, ASK communication MOS, 5.0V linear output, and 2.5V linear output.

Feature

• The rectifier bridge can withstand voltages up to 30V
• 5.0V linear output can supply 500mA normally, and supply current is 25mA after short-circuit protection
• 2.5V linear output can supply 10mA normally, and supply current is 5mA after short-circuit protection
• Supports overvoltage, undervoltage, temperature protection, and self-recovery
• Package: DFN10L
