Overview

SS20851 is a highly integrated and cost-effective USB Type-C PD or Type-A single-port fast charge protocol chip with a built-in high-performance processor and programmable 29.5KB Flash memory. Integrated CC/CV control loops, bidirectional discharge circuit, and a variety of system protection functions. SS20851 adopts a highly integrated design with few external components, providing a highly integrated and low-cost complete solution for adapters, on-board chargers, etc.
