SS86EX
Overview
SS86EX is an 8-bit low-power microcontroller developed by Sinhmicro that integrates ADC and touch detection functions, with a clear MCU memory architecture, complete system-level control, and built-in rich interface functions, flexible configuration modes, and different low-power options. This product is mainly used in portable intelligent electronic devices that require charge and intelligent control, with a small chip area, bringing streamlined peripheral costs, superior overall performance, and flexible and convenient development.

◼ Support adapter (DC 5V) and battery power supplies
◼ Integrated VIN overvoltage, VDD low power, system overtemperature protection
◼ 2 adjustable LDOs (VINLDO and BATLDO) with adjustable output
◼ Ultra-low power dissipation, sleep mode is 2μA
◼ 3* 16-bit timers with 7-channel PWM
◼ 13 bidirectional I/O ports, multi I/Os can output configurable protection level when ACMP triggers.
◼ Integrated 1 UART supports half-duplex communication
◼ 12-bit and 8-channel ADC, 1 NTC, 2* DCMP, 1 ACMP, 1* 4-channel Touch Sensor
