Buck Regulators

SSD201 is a wide input voltage, high efficiency active CC step-down DC/DC converter that operates in either CV (Constant Output Voltage) mode or CC (Constant Output Current) mode. SSD201 provides up to total 3.5A output current at 5V output with floating ISET pin. Switching frequency can be set by external resistor. Maximum 100% duty cycle could be obtained. SSD201 internal integrated 45mΩ high side and 25mΩ low side power MOSFET.

SSD211 is a wide 3.6V to 30V input range and 6A continuous output current synchronous step-down Buck converter.

SSD233C is a wide 4.5V to 32V input range and 2A continuous output current synchronous step-down Buck converter.

SSD233N is a wide 4.5V to 32V input range and 2A continuous output current synchronous step-down Buck converter. It supports audio mode at light load.

SSD253 is a wide 4.5V to 32V input range and 3A continuous output current synchronous step-down Buck converter. It supports PFM and Forced PWM Mode selectable.
