Battery Charger Chip

SSQ11X is tiny single-cell Li-ion battery charger for space-limited portable applications. The full charger function features Trickle-charge, constant current fast charge and constant voltage regulation, charge termination, and auto recharge.

SSQ108 is a multifunctional switch Charger that supports IIC communication. The chip integrates an overvoltage protection circuit, with an input withstand voltage of up to 38V. SSQ108 has a built-in high-efficiency switch Charger module, and charge parameters can be flexibly adjusted through the IIC interface.

SSQ109 is an integrated 2A high-efficiency Buck charging IC developed by SinhMicro. It has a built-in 28V high-voltage withstand OVP, integrated LDO, and supports flexible adjustment of charging parameters through the IIC and UART interfaces.
