SSP737X

Overview

SSP737X is a chip with high withstand voltage linear charge and asynchronous boost function, which is mainly used in electronic devices that need to be charged, such as small fans (support 5V, 7V, 9V, 12V and other motors, three or four adjustable gears, with LED indication), microporous atomization equipment and other extended application scenarios with batteries that need to be charged.

Feature

- Supports typical 108KHz pulse output to drive microporous atomizers

- Built-in linear charger management unit, which can charge a single lithium battery

Stop charge voltage is selectable: 4.20V or 4.35V；
Maximum charging current is selectable: 800mA or 1000mA;

- Built-in asynchronous boost

Boost from 2.6~4.5V to 4.4V~12V ;
Maximum load capacity:1200mA;
Support overcurrent and short circuit protection

- Integrated LED&KEY control unit, through 3 pins, can control 6 LEDs and scan detection of 3 buttons

- Support flashlight mode, can push high current to light

- Integrated battery low power, system overtemperature protection

- Support two application modes: monolithic ASIC and MCU control
