SS809
Overview
SS809 is an AD-type microcontroller with integrated charge and discharge management, built-in rich interfaces, flexible configuration modes, and different low-power options. Mainly used in portable electronic devices that require charge and intelligent control, bringing streamlined peripheral cost, excellent performance and convenient development, such as Bluetooth headset charge cases, LED light group, handheld atomizer, personal care equipment, EC, aroma diffuser, fragrant smoked lights, electronic toys and so on.

- Enhanced 8-bit microcontroller compatible with the 8051 instruction set
- Maximum main frequency: 12MHz
- Single clock instruction cycle
- Program memory(OTP）：6K/12K Bytes， burn 1K Bytes each time
- Data memory（RAM）： 192 Bytes
- Operation Voltage：2.8 - 5.5V
- 2 RC oscillators
- Low-speed RC oscillator LORC，32KHz
- High-speed RC oscillator HIRC，12MHz
- Battery or 5V adapter power supply
- Built-in linear charger management unit, which can charge the single-cell lithium battery, lithium iron phosphate battery, nickel metal hydride battery, etc.
- Charge voltage and current can be finely adjusted
- Maximum charge current: 800mA
- Power supply pin(VIN) supports maximum withstand voltage: 14V
- Ultra-low power dissipation
- Support Normal, Low-speed, IDLE, STOP operation modes

6 reset methods： Power on, external pin, watchdog timer, VDD low voltage, debugger and software exception reset.
- Integrated 12-bit, 8-channel wide voltage ADC
- 2 channels support high-gain mode and can be used in measurement scenarios such as current and microvoltage

- Integrated gear-programmable VCC low-voltage detection module
