SS809Q
Overview
SS809Q is an AD-type microcontroller with integrated power management, small size, powerful function, built-in rich interface functions, flexible configuration mode, and different low-power options. This product is mainly used in portable electronic devices that require charge and intelligent control, bringing streamlined peripheral cost, excellent performance, high reliability and convenient development, such as Bluetooth headsets, electronic atomizers, fitness accessories, personal care equipment, etc.

- Program memory(OTP）：6K/12K Bytes, burn 1K Bytes each time

- Operation Voltage：2.8 - 5.5V
- 2 RC oscillators
- Low-speed RC oscillator LORC，32KHz
- High-speed RC oscillator HIRC，12MHz
- Battery or 5V adapter power supply
- Built-in linear charger management unit, which can charge the single-cell lithium battery, lithium iron phosphate battery, nickel metal hydride battery, etc.
- Charge voltage and current can be finely adjusted
- Maximum charge current: 800mA
- Support trickle, constant current, constant voltage charging modes
- Support overtemperature, overvoltage, overcurrent charging protection
- Power supply pin(VIN) supports maximum withstand voltage: 14V
- Ultra-low power dissipation
- Support Normal, Low-speed, IDLE, STOP, and SLEEP operation modes
