SS881X
Overview
SS881X is a microcomputer with integrated power management functions and supports touch detection, which is mainly used in portable personal appliances that need to be charged, such as Bluetooth earphone charge cases, LED lights, handheld atomizers, EC, aroma diffusers, fragrant smoked lights, electronic toys, and so on.
Feature
◼ 8-bit enhanced MCU，8KB Flash，192B RAM
◼ Battery or 5V adapter power supply
◼ VIN pin supports maximum 14V withstand voltage（Higher voltage version supports maximum 40V）
◼ Integrated input overvoltage, overcurrent, VDD low power, system overtemperature protection
◼ Ultra-low power consumption with as low as 3μA in SLEEP mode and 30μA in STOP mode
◼ Built-in linear charger management unit, charge voltage, and charge current can be finely adjusted
◼ Integrated 6-channel capacitive touch sensor
◼ Integrated 12-bit, 8-channel differential ADC, 2 channels support x36 gain, can be used in current, micro voltage measurement scenarios
◼ It can output 6 PWMs at the same time, of which 4 support high-precision adjustment of duty cycle, support multiple outputs bound together to improve drive capability, support Dead Zone control, and support hardware PWM protection
