SS88FX

Overview

SS88FX is an 8-bit low-power microcontroller developed by Sinhmicro that integrates power management, motor control and touch detection functions, with a clear memory architecture, complete system-level control, and built-in rich interfaces, flexible configuration modes, and different low-power options. This product is mainly used in portable intelligent electronic devices that require charge and intelligent control, with a small chip area, bringing streamlined peripheral costs, superior overall performance, and convenient development.

◼  Integrated VIN overvoltage, VDD low power and system over-temperature protection

◼  Ultra-low power dissipation, SLEEP mode is 2μA

◼  Integrated linear charge management unit with maximum 1A charge current. It supports chopper charge.

◼  3* 16-bit timers with 7-channel PWM that can be used to enable or disable charger and NMOS

◼  20 bidirectional I/O ports, multiple IOs can output protection level when ACMP triggers.

◼  1 UART, supports half-duplex communication on the single pin

◼  2* NMOS, can be applied in scenarios such as motor control

◼  12-bit 11-channel ADC, 1* NTC, 2* DCMP, 1*ACMP, 1* 4-channel high-precision touch sensor
