SS88DX
Overview
SS88DX is a low-power microcontroller developed by SinhMicro, which integrates 1.2A switch charger, 0.6A boost output, and power management unit.
Feature
◼ 8-bit enhanced MCU，8KB MTP，256B RAM
◼ Support adapter or battery power supply
◼ Integrated VDD low power, system overtemperature protection
◼ Ultra low power dissipation, sleep mode is 2μA
◼ Integrated 1.2A synchronous high-efficiency switch charger, 3.2-5.5V wide voltage input, finely adjustable charge voltage and charge current
◼ Integrated 5V and 0.6A synchronous boost module, 4.0-5.1V wide voltage output, supports short circuit and overcurrent protection
◼ 1 SysTick，1 Always Timer，1 Watchdog Timer，2* 16-bit timers with 4-channel PWM
◼ Support 13 bidirectional I/O ports, allowing for use of multiplexed digital and analog functions
◼ 2* UART support half-duplex communication
◼ Integrated 12-bit and10-channel differential ADC，1 NTC
