SS888X

Overview

SS888X is an 8-bit low-power AD-type MCU with integrated power management and a built-in operational amplifier. MCU has a built-in Charger, 30V withstand-voltage OVP, ADC, OPA, LDO, wireless charge, UART, SPI, IIC, SSP, etc. With flexible configuration modes and different low-power options. With streamlined peripheral cost, excellent performance and flexible and convenient development, it provides support for portable intelligent electronic devices (such as TWS charge cases, electric skateboards, handheld vacuum cleaners, etc.) that require charge and intelligent control.

- VIN supplies through adjustable LDO after the OVP module (which supports withstand voltage up to 28V)

- Built-in linear charger management unit, charge voltage, and charge current can be finely adjusted

- Integrated input overvoltage, overcurrent, VDD low power, system overtemperature protection

- Ultra-low power consumption with as low as 3μA in SLEEP mode and 30μA in STOP mode

- 12-bit, 8-channel differential ADC, 2 channels support x36 gain, can be used in current, micro voltage measurement scenarios

- 2 OPA, 2 adjustable NTC, 2 ACMP

- Some pins have built-in level shifting and support μA-level load detection and wake-up, which can be used in bidirectional communication scenarios with TWS headsets
