SS889X

Overview

SS889X is Sinhmicro's AD-type Flash microcontroller with integrated charger management, integrated withstand voltage 26V OVP, high-speed ADC, built-in rich interfaces, flexible configuration modes, and different low-power options. This product is mainly used in portable intelligent electronic devices that require charge and intelligent control, bringing them streamlined peripheral cost, excellent performance and flexible development.

-  through adjustable LDO after the OVP module (which supports withstand voltage up to 26V)

- Built-in linear charger management unit, charge voltage, and charge current can be finely adjusted

- Integrated input overvoltage, overcurrent, VDD low power, system overtemperature protection

- Ultra-low power consumption with as low as 3μA in SLEEP mode and 20μA in STOP mode

- 12-bit, 12-channel differential high-speed ADC

- 2 adjustable NTC, 2 ACMP

- Some pins have built-in level shifting and support μA-level load detection and wake-up, which can be used in bidirectional communication scenarios with TWS headsets
