SS20C11X

Overview

The SS20C11X is an energy-efficient RISC-V architecture-based MCU series, delivering high reliability and large memory capacity as an entry-level RISC-V solution. It achieves optimal balance between computational performance and low power consumption. Operating at 2.1V-5.5V supply voltage, the CPU supports 32KHz-48MHz frequency across -40℃ to 105℃. The design requires external Flash (up to 2GB supported) while integrating 9KB SRAM.

◼  Supports power supply from BAT or VCC individually or simultaneously

◼  Two 16-bit basic timers (BTIMER0 supports 2-channel complementary symmetric PWM output with brake function and dead-time insertion)

◼   One 16-bit general-purpose timer supports 4-channel input capture/output compare, features quadrature encoder and Hall sensor interfaces, and provides 18-channel PWM output

◼   One 16-bit advanced timer supporting 3-channel complementary PWM with dead-time, combined/shifted modes, brake function with cycle-by-cycle protection, and synchronization with two analog comparators

◼   One LCD/OLED display controller and one CRC module

◼  Two UART interfaces, two I2C interfaces, and two SPI interfaces

◼   Supports up to 33 bidirectional I/O ports with independently configurable multi-level source/sink current and high-current drive capability

◼   12-bit 10-channel ADC, two general-purpose analog comparators (ACMP), and two NTCs
