SS802X
Overview
SS802X is a special MCU development by Sinhmicro for electronic cigarettes that integrates MIC detection, heating wire resistance detection, and short-circuit protection.
Feature
- Enhanced 8-bit microcontroller compatible with the 8051 instruction set
- Maximum frequency 12 MHz
- Single clock instruction cycle， the performance is 8 times of the native 8051
- Memory：8KB Code Flash (the final 32B cannot be run code. If burning 1KB each time, can be burned 8 times)，192B Data RAM
- Operation voltage: 2.7V~5.5V
- Support one or more power supplies from adapter (VIN), battery (BAT), or VDD
- 2 adjustable LDOs (VINLDO and BATLDO), can configure the appropriate operation voltage to other modules when VIN or BAT supplies
- Integrated VDD low power, system overtemperature protection
- Ultra-low power dissipation
- Support 4 operation modes: Normal, Low-speed, IDLE, and SLEEP
- Power dissipation in SLEEP mode: 2μA
- I/O pins compared with specific levels to wake up the system
- 1 adjustable NTC
- 12-bit 11-channel ADC
- Supports up to 7 external inputs and 4 internal signal measurements
- All external input channels support configurable channel gain for current and microvoltage measurement scenarios
- 2 NMOS, can be controlled by software and support linkage control with PWM, which can be applied in scenarios such as motor control
- 2 RC oscillators
- Low-frequency RC oscillator LORC, 32KHz
- High-frequency RC oscillator HIRC, 12MHz
- 1 SysTick, providing timing reference for the program
- 1 AlwaysTimer, can wake up the system from SLEEP mode
- 1 watchdog timer, can be used to reset when the system is timeout
- 3* 16-bit timers
- Timer 0 can be used to generate PWM0 and support linkage control with Charger and NMOS
- Timer 1 can be used to generate PWM1 and support linkage control with ACMP, Charger and NMOS
- Timer 2 can generate 5 PWMs with the same frequency and different duty cycles at the same time and support linkage control with Charger and NMOS
- Integrated linear charger management unit with maximum 1A charge current
- Support 3.2V~5.5V wide voltage input, charge voltage and charge current can be finely adjusted
- Supports undervoltage and temperature loop functions
- Support linkage control with PWM
- Support chopper charge
- 2 digital comparators
- 1 analog comparator
- Support linkage control with timer 1 to turn on/off
- Support linkage control with I/O to break
- Support e-cigarette short-circuit protection
- Built-in e-cigarette MIC detection module
- The maximum sampling range supports 100pF capacitors
- Support MIC capacitance increasing or falling wakeup, can meet the inhalation or blow wakeup
- Support detection of most e-cigarette airflow sensors
- Negative pressure triggering thresholds can be flexibly configured
- High-resolution sampling configuration, which meets the application needs of adjusting the power according to the size of the negative pressure
- Negative pressure detection conversion rates up to 50Hz
- Integrated e-cigarette heating wire resistance detection
- 13 bidirectional I/O ports
- 13 ports can be configured as Pull-Push mode or Open Drain mode
- 5 I/Os support large current drive capability
- Several I/Os support linkage protection with comparators to output a specific protection level when the comparator is triggered
- The digital and analog functions of the pins can be present at the same time (for example, when the pin is high level as a GPIO output, ADC can be turned on to measure the actual voltage of the pin)
- 1 UART, supports half-duplex communication on a single pin
- 2-wire debug/burn interface
