Overview

SS803X is a special MCU development by Sinhmicro for electronic cigarettes that integrates MIC detection, heating wire resistance detection, and short-circuit protection.

◼ Integrated protection mechanisms for undervoltage, system overtemperature, and other anomalies  

◼ Ultra-low power consumption, with sleep mode current as low as 2μA  

◼ Integrated linear charging management unit supporting up to 1A charging current  

◼ Integrated 11-channel 12-bit ADC and 1 adjustable-level NTC  

◼ Supports 2 digital comparators and 1 analog comparator simultaneously  

◼ Integrated 2 software-controllable NMOS transistors with PWM linkage control  

◼ Three 16-bit timers capable of generating up to 7 PWM signals, with linkage to Charger, NMOS, and other modules  

◼ Built-in e-cigarette microphone detection module, supporting wake-up via capacitance increase or decrease (for inhalation/exhalation triggering)  

◼ Supports 22 bidirectional I/O ports, with multiple I/Os featuring comparator-linked protection functions (outputs specific protection levels upon comparator trigger)  

◼ Integrated 1 UART interface supporting half-duplex communication on a single pin
