SS803EDX
Overview
SS803EDX is a special MCU development by Sinhmicro for electronic cigarettes that integrates MIC detection, heating wire resistance detection, and short-circuit protection.
Features
◼ Enhanced 8-bit MCU with 8/12KB Code Flash, 128B EEPROM, and 192B Data RAM
◼ Supports single/dual power supply from adapter and/or battery 
◼ Built-in 2 adjustable-step LDOs (VINLDO & BATLDO)
◼ Integrated protection for undervoltage, overtemperature, etc.
◼ Ultra-low power: 2μA in sleep mode
◼ Linear charger with 1A max charging current
◼ Supports 2 digital + 1 analog comparator simultaneously
◼ 11-channel 12-bit ADC + 1 adjustable NTC
◼ 2 software-controlled NMOS with PWM synchronization
◼ Three 16-bit timers (7 PWM outputs), linkable to Charger/NMOS
◼ E-cigarette mic detection: wake-on-inhale/exhale via capacitance change
◼ 22 bidirectional I/Os with comparator-triggered protection levels
◼ Single-pin half-duplex UART interface
