Overview

SS800X is an MCU for e-cigarettes developed by Sinhmicro, which integrates an e-cigarette microphone detection module, an e-cigarette heating wire resistance detection module and a short circuit protection function.

​​​​◼  Integrated linear charge management unit with up to 1A charging current

​​​​◼  4-channel 12-bit ADC, 1×NTC

​​​​◼  3 bi-directional I/O ports, all of which support backflow prevention

​​​​◼  Three 16-bit timer and PWM module, can generate 7-channel PWM at the same time, and can be linked with the Charger and other modules

​​​​◼  Built-in electronic cigarette microphone detection module, support the detection of most electronic cigarette airflow sensor, integrated electronic cigarette heating wire resistance detection

​​​​◼  Integrated 1 UART interface that supports half-duplex communication on a single pin
