SS80C1EX
Overview
SS80C1EX is a special MCU for electronic cigarettes that integrates MIC detection, heating wire resistance detection, short-circuit protection, and 2A switching charger.

- Support 4 operating modes: Normal, Low-speed, IDLE, and SLEEP
- Power dissipation in SLEEP mode: 2μA
- Wake up the system by comparing IO input with specific levels
- 1 adjustable NTC
- 12-bit 10-channel ADC
- 8 external and 2 internal inputs
- All external input channels support configurable channel gain for current and microvoltage measurement scenarios
- 2 RC oscillators
- Low-frequency RC oscillator LORC, 32KHz
- High-frequency RC oscillator HIRC, 12MHz
- 1 SysTick, providing timing reference for the program
- 1 AlwaysTimer, can wake up the system from SLEEP mode
- 1 watchdog timer, can be used to reset when the system times out
- 3* 16-bit timers
- Timer 0 can be used to generate PWM0
- Timer 1 can be used to generate PWM1 and enable ACMP
- Timer 2 can generate 5 PWMs with the same frequency and different duty cycles at the same time
- Integrated linear charger management unit with maximum 2A charge current
- Support 3.2V~5.5V wide voltage input, charge voltage and charge current can be finely adjusted
- Supports undervoltage and temperature loop functions
- Support short-circuit protection of sampling resistors

- The maximum sampling range supports 100pF capacitor

- Support detection of most e-cigarette airflow sensors
- Negative pressure triggering thresholds can be flexibly configured
- High-resolution sampling configuration, which meets the application requirements of adjusting the power according to the negative pressure
- Conversion rates up to 50Hz of negative pressure detection
- Integrated e-cigarette heating coil resistance detection
- 17 bidirectional I/O ports
- 17 ports can be configured as pull-push mode or open-drain mode
- 6 I/Os supports large current drive capability
- Several I/Os can be controlled to output a specific protection level when the comparators are triggered
- The digital and analog functions of the pins can be present at the same time (for example, when the pin is high level as a GPIO output, ADC can be turned on to measure the actual voltage of the pin)
- 1 UART, supports half-duplex communication on a single pin
- Support input/output signal reverse function
