SS80C1EX
Overview
SS80C1EX is a special MCU for electronic cigarettes that integrates MIC detection, heating wire resistance detection, short-circuit protection, and 2A switching charger.
Features
◼ Enhanced 8-bit MCU with 8KB Code Flash, 128B EEPROM, and 192B Data RAM
◼ Supports power supply from adapter (VIN), battery (BAT), or both
◼ Built-in dual-mode adjustable LDOs (VINLDO & BATLDO) for optimal voltage configuration with VIN/BAT power input
◼ Integrated protection: VDD undervoltage, system overtemperature, etc.
◼ Ultra-low power: 2μA sleep mode current
◼ 2A max switching charging management unit
◼ Three 16-bit timers with PWM module (7 simultaneous PWM outputs)
◼ 10-channel 12-bit differential ADC + 1 adjustable-threshold NTC
◼ 2 digital comparators + 2 analog comparators
◼ E-cigarette microphone detection:
- Supports most airflow sensors
- Integrated heating wire resistance detection
◼ 17 bidirectional I/Os (6 support high-current drive)
◼ Single-pin half-duplex UART interface
