SS808X
Overview
SS808X is a special MCU development by Sinhmicro for electronic cigarettes that integrates charger management, MIC detection, heating wire resistance detection, short-circuit protection, and other functions.

- Enhanced 8-bit microcontroller compatible with the 8051 instruction set
- Maximum main frequency: 12MHz
- Single clock instruction cycle, the performance is 8 times of the native 8051
- Memory：16KB Code Flash (the final 128B cannot be run code), 1KB Data RAM (64B is reserved for hardware use and the code is not accessible), 128B Data Flash
- Operation Voltage：2.5 - 5.5V
- Operation Temperature：-10℃ - 70℃
- Ultra-low power dissipation
- Support 5 operation modes: Normal, Low-speed, IDLE, STOP and SLEEP mode

Power dissipation: SLEEP is 3μA and STOP is 30μA
- Battery supplies, charge through 5V adapter
- Power supply pin(VIN) supports maximum withstand voltage: 14V (low-voltage version) or 28V (high-voltage version)
- Integrated input overvoltage (OVP), input overcurrent (OCP), VDD low current (LVR), system overtemperature (OTP) protection
- 6 reset methods： Power on, reset pin, watchdog timer, VDD low voltage, debugger and software exception reset.
- 2 RC oscillators
- Low-speed RC oscillator LORC，32KHz
- High-speed RC oscillator HIRC，12MHz
- 1 SysTick, provides timing reference for the program
- 1 Watchdog Timer, can be used to reset system or wake up the system from low-power mode
- 2* 16-bit Timer
- Support PWM mode with 2-channel General PWM output
- Supports hardware breathing light mode
- 1* 13-bit Timer
- 4-channel compare outputs (can generate 4 Smart PWMs with the same frequency and different duty cycle)
- 4-channel capture inputs
- Built-in e-cigarette MIC detection module
- Support detection of most e-cigarette airflow sensors
- Negative pressure triggering thresholds can be flexibly configured
- The minimum detection accuracy can reach 2.5Pa, which meets the application needs of adjusting the power according to the size of the negative pressure
- Negative pressure detection conversion rates up to 50Hz
- Integrated e-cigarette heating wire resistance detection
- Integrated 1 analog comparator
- Supports 2 analog inputs (P and N)
- When the results of the comparison change, generates an interrupt.
- Can be used for short-circuit protection of e-cigarettes
- Built-in high-current drive pin to drive motor
- Built-in linear charger management unit, which can charge the single-cell lithium battery.
- Charge voltage and current can be finely adjusted
- Maximum charge current: 900mA
- Integrated 12-bit, 8-channel ADC
- 2 channels support x36 gain and can be used in measurement scenarios such as current and microvoltage
- Up to 25 bidirectional I/O ports
