SS805X

Overview

SS805X is a special MCU developed by SinhMicro for E-cigarettes that integrates MIC detection, heating coil resistance detection, and short-circuit protection.

Features

​​​​◼   Enhanced 8-bit MCU with 8KB Code MTP and 256B Data RAM

​​​​◼   Supports power supply from one or multiple sources: adapter (VIN) and/or battery (BAT)

​​​​◼   The device integrates two adjustable LDOs (VINLDO and BATLDO), enabling flexible voltage configuration for either VIN or BAT power input

◼ Integrated protection mechanisms for VDD undervoltage, system overtemperature, and other anomalies  

◼ Ultra-low power consumption, with sleep mode current as low as 2μA  

◼ Integrated linear charging management unit supporting up to 1A charging current  

◼ Integrated 1 analog comparator  

◼ Integrated 4-channel 12-bit ADC and 1 adjustable-level NTC  

◼ Supports 13 bidirectional I/O ports, all with backflow prevention  

◼ Three 16-bit timers and PWM modules, capable of generating 7 PWM signals simultaneously, with linkage to Charger and other modules  

◼ Built-in e-cigarette microphone detection module, compatible with most e-cigarette airflow sensors, and integrated heating wire resistance detection  

◼ Integrated 1 UART interface supporting half-duplex communication on a single pin
